Join us as we sweat, stretch, and shake at our first-ever Barre Night at the Museum fundraiser with Barre Milwaukee!
Barre is a hybrid of yoga, ballet, and pilates. Created in the 1950s as rehab for an injured dancer, barre has now become one of the most talked about workouts for women since aerobics. Low impact toning moves combined with dancer conditioning challenge all levels of fitness.
No dance experience required; newbies encouraged!
